The Healthy Habits Challenge (formerly Maintain, Don't Gain) starts on Thanksgiving Day. All you have to do is track your healthy behaviors such as eating a healthy breakfast, participating in activity such as walking or playing pickleball for at least 30 minutes, doing some kind of stress reducing activity, etc. Each time you do an activity you get a point. Accumulate a minimum of 60 points and you earn a prize! The challenge is open to all Wellington members including children who are at least 5 years old.
