Cooper Aerobics on Demand now available to Wellington residents!

Available to members of the Wellington Athletic Club, Cooper Aerobics On Demand brings you over 600 virtual exercise classes accessible anytime, anywhere, on any internet-enabled device.  To continue please log in to the Wellington HOA website using the login at the top right side of the page.  You will then be able to view the Cooper Aerobics On Demand page listed under Fitness Center.

The Wellington Fitness Center (Athletic Club) is professionally staffed by Cooper Wellness Strategies, a division of The Cooper Aerobics Center. A degreed and certified Fitness Director is available on-site for any questions you may have about your personal fitness program.

Free Services Available to Residents:

Free Machine Orientation: The fitness staff is available to instruct members on how to use the cardiovascular and strength equipment. Make an appointment for the free class offered twice per month at Reserve your spot or just stop by the fitness office to ask a question.

Personal Fitness Assessment: Establish a baseline with a thorough health assessment in order to track your fitness improvement. Contact the Fitness staff to get started.  Make an appointment with the Fitness staff. 

Fitness/Wellness Programming: Incentive programs are offered periodically to challenge participants with various fitness/wellness activities as a means of providing education and motivation. Information on these programs are posted on the HOA website, included in the newsletter and announced in fitness email blasts.

Group Exercise: Group exercise classes are normally offered 7 days a week (unless otherwise noted). Registration is only required for the 2 free boot camps offered each year due to the high demand. The monthly class schedule and additional information may be found on the HOA website.

Additional Services Available For a Fee:

Additional Boot Camps: Based upon demand, for fee boot camps may also be offered during the year. The fitness staff will announce additional camps via email blasts and on the HOA website.

Personal Training: Wellington authorized trainers design, supervise,and motivate you to achieve your best through our personalized, one-on-one training program. All authorized trainers are certified to provide you with the best instruction the fitness industry has to offer. Sessions may be purchased individually or in multiple training sessions. Contact the Fitness staff for more information.

Access Cards:

Upon completion of an orientation process (click here to request an orientation), you will receive an access card that will give you admittance into the facility. Homeowners that have purchased a home in the community are initially entitled to two (2) access cards (one per eligible*occupant). Additional cards for other eligible* home occupants or replacement cards are $25.00 each. If supply is available, re-cycled (used) cards/fobs may be purchased for a reduced cost.

If you lease a home in the Wellington community, the HOA requires the home's owner to submit a form to the HOA with your tenant information and assigning their rights to use the amenities to you, their tenant. Each eligible* tenant may then purchase an access card /fob for a fee of $25.00 (non-refundable) after attending an orientation.

*Eligible home occupants must be at least 15 years of age and be either listed on the title of the home or use the Wellington home as their primary address.

Policy Reminders:

  • Children younger than 12 are not allowed in the fitness center. Children 12-14 years old will be allowed to utilize the equipment if accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
  • All guests must be accompanied by a Wellington resident. Please be reminded that members will be held responsible for their guests. Outside Personal Trainers are NOT allowed to work with members in the facility.
  • Covered midriffs, shirts and close-toed shoes are required when working out. Shorts must be at least 2 inches at the inseam.
