On Saturday, Oct. 15, Wellington Athletic Club hosted a fall festival and one-mile pet walk to celebrate friends (both people and pets), have some fun, enjoy the beautiful fall weather, eat some good food, get a little exercise and raise some money to help animals in need.  All proceeds went to benefit our partner, Humane Tomorrow, and with registrations, t-shirt sales, sponsorship donations, cake walks, and donations at the door we were able to raise over $3200 to benefit HT.  The event featured colorful event t-shirts, interactive sponsor booths, a pet costume contest (the pet costumes were GREAT!), family-friendly lawn games, cake walks, and even a food truck where people could purchase breakfast tacos and more.  We are so excited to bring this new event to Wellington and we hope to see you there next year.  To see lots of photos from the event please scroll down.
