Wellington is located in the north Texas town of Flower Mound, centrally placed between Dallas and Fort Worth, and just minutes from DFW airport. With convenient access to lakes, shopping, and two metropolitan centers, Wellington has something to offer everyone. Wellington of Flower Mound includes the communities of Phases 1-9, Hillcrest 1-2, Wichita Chase 1-4 (includes Lakewood), Brandywine, and Wellington Estates 1-3. Our local schools are rated exemplary : Wellington Elementary School, Liberty Elementary School, McKamy Middle School and Flower Mound High School.
